1. To explore Mithila's cultural heritages.
2. To explore industrial potential in Mithila
3. To explore importance of regious places in Mithila towards attraction of visitors.
4. To explore Maithili language for common people to make good practice in speaking, writing, reading and to publish Mithila Manthan magazine projecting the need of Maithil to read and write.
5. To establish the relation between resident and non-resident Maithil at one common platform to exchange views for overall devlopment.
